BSL - Breed Specific Legislation
In a more relaxed era the only dog laws in existence were Leash Laws that almost no one obeyed, especially the dog. As a result cities and municipalities took more ridged stances to protect innocent people from untrained, unleashed and untethered canines. These new laws take unfair advantage of the breed or mix of the canine and in most cases it is completely unfair to the dog.
