SAFE 64!!!! Rocky is SAFE in *new* HOME!
Is this situation really a case of owner moved and dogs are Not Allowed, or are they just ... well, don't want to be there when the "Time comes"?
This dog can't imagine why he is no longer wanted at the only family he's ever known.
